  • How long are sessions?

    Our first session will be 60 minutes and subsequent sessions will be 45 minutes. Sessions are once or twice a week.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations require 24 hours notice. After that, you are responsible for the full session fee.

  • Do you accept insurance? What is your session fee?

    I am an out of network provider. However, I can help you submit claims to receive reimbursement. My session fee is $190.

  • How do I know if I have out of network benefits?

    Call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

    • Do I have mental health out of network insurance benefits?

    • Will CPT codes 90791 and 90834 be covered?

    • What is my out of network deductible and has it been met?

    • What percentage will I be reimbursed after I meet my deductible?

    • Do my benefits cover telehealth sessions?

    Both! I offer in person sessions on the Upper West Side and virtual sessions via Zoom.
